Why problems arise
As explained in “Diia,” the service is currently undergoing technical updates.
As a result:
- there may be difficulties in submitting applications;
- the system may issue technical refusals.
What “Limit Exceeded” means
Users were specifically informed about the refusal message “Limit Exceeded for Applications.” “Diia” notes that there is no need to worry – this is a temporary issue related to the service’s operation.
The deadline for submitting applications is April 20, so all interested parties still have time to join the program.
When everything will work
Currently, the “Diia” team, along with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, is working to restore stable service operation. Users will be informed separately as soon as the service is functioning smoothly.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported on assistance programs for veterans in Ukraine, specifically regarding housing rental compensation for veterans, employment and retraining initiatives, as well as the creation of veteran spaces in communities.
We also wrote about the expansion of financial support for veteran businesses in Ukraine. Veterans and their families can receive state grants of up to 1 million hryvnias to start or develop a business through the “Own Business” program, as well as benefit from assistance from Kyiv – compensation for interest on business loans.
