“Reserve+” is not working: Ukrainians report issues with the app

Paper documents, including booking and deferment documents, will help avoid problems

On Wednesday, April 1, Ukrainians reported that the “Reserve+” app experienced a massive failure: the program is not working and constantly demands a version update.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a post from the Telegram channel “Real War”.

Ukrainian users reported malfunctions in the “Reserve+” app. The program has stopped functioning correctly on most devices and systematically prompts users to update the version, making it impossible to use the service.

Issues with the update

Preliminarily, the failure occurred suddenly and affected a wide audience of users. Moreover, there is simply no new version available for update, which makes using the app impossible.

Ukrainians are advised to temporarily use alternative methods to confirm documents until the app’s normal operation is restored.

Recommendations for users

During this technical difficulty, citizens should carry paper documents with them to avoid issues during checks. It is not advisable to download questionable versions of the app from third-party sources to avoid exposing devices to the risk of viruses or personal data leaks.

Restoration timeline

What exactly happened to “Reserve+” is unknown, as is the exact date for restoring the app’s stable operation. Therefore, paper documents are an essential attribute for every conscript on this day.

We remind you that in 2026, young men turning 17 (born in 2009) are required to register for military service from January 1 to July 31, and evasion of this duty without valid reasons may lead to certain consequences.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine officially stated that information regarding the alleged plan to send electronic summons through the “Reserve+” app starting in April is not true.
