Night frosts are retreating, giving way to the long-awaited warmth
The synoptic situation in Ukraine on March 26 will change. Despite the warming, the cloud cover will increase, so it may be wet in some areas.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing a publication from the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center on Facebook.

How the weather will change
According to the forecast from specialists for March 26, the synoptic situation in Ukraine “will undergo changes.”
“The cold northern process will temporarily give way to warm spring air from the southwest,” the experts explained to Ukrainians.
At the same time, based on information from UkrHMC:
- pressure will fall sharply;
- warmer air will arrive at higher altitudes;
- cloudiness will increase.
Where and when precipitation may occur
“In most regions, we do not expect precipitation yet,” the UkrHMC reported.
At the same time, it is noted that light rain may occur at night:
- in Zaporizhia region;
- in Dnipropetrovsk region;
- in Poltava region;
- in Sumy region;
- in Kharkiv region.
During the day, light rain is expected in some areas:
- in the far west;
- in the eastern part of the country.
Where it will be warmest tomorrow
The air temperature on March 26 is expected to be on average across Ukraine:
- at night – from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius;
- during the day – around 11-16 degrees above zero.
Meanwhile, the warmest weather during the day will be in the south and Transcarpathia. There, thermometers may reach +18°C.
In the Carpathians, the expected air temperature is:
- at night – around 0 degrees;
- during the day – within 8-13 degrees Celsius.

What the weather will be like in Kyiv and the region
In the territory of Kyiv city and Kyiv region, the weather on March 26 will be partly cloudy.
No precipitation is expected.
The wind will be southeast at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

Air temperature in Kyiv:
- at night – around 2-4 degrees Celsius;
- during the day – around 13-15 degrees Celsius.
Air temperature in the region:
- at night – from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius;
- during the day – from 11 to 16 degrees Celsius.
