Ukraine to Share Unique Battlefield Data with Partners
The defense ministers of Ukraine and Germany have signed an agreement to exchange defense data with partners. The two countries are expected to launch joint projects.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the head of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, Mykhailo Fedorov, on Telegram.

Details of the Agreement
As Fedorov noted, the agreement plans to initiate joint projects.
In particular, Ukraine will share unique battlefield data, providing partners with the opportunity to enhance AI models and analytical solutions. The minister emphasized that “this is the world’s first project for the development of artificial defense intelligence on such a scale.”
Ukraine’s partners will gain access to unique combat data from the DELTA system and beyond.
A deep analysis of the use of German systems on the front lines is also planned. This includes the self-propelled howitzers PzH 2000, RCH 155, and the IRIS-T air defense systems. Based on combat data, specialists aim to improve their effectiveness and refine tactics.
Drone Deal and New Armaments
Separately, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed a bilateral agreement with Germany—a drone deal, which specialized teams have already begun working on.
Additionally, as a result of the negotiations, specific decisions were made regarding arms supplies. Over the next few years, Ukraine will receive interceptor missiles for the Patriot system, particularly PAC-2, and additional launchers for the IRIS-T air defense systems to strengthen the protection of Ukrainian airspace.
“This is a win-win model of a new type of defense cooperation,” the Ukrainian minister noted.
Large-Scale Defense Package between Ukraine and Germany
By the way, today, April 14, Ukraine and Germany also agreed on a large-scale defense package worth 4 billion euros.
As part of this package, Germany will finance the purchase of hundreds of missiles for the Patriot air defense systems for Ukrainian defenders.
