Where will it be the warmest, and where are precipitation expected?
In Ukraine today, April 13, rain is expected in the central and southern regions. During the day, the temperature will rise to +15 degrees.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing Facebook meteorologist Natalka Didenko.

Today, rain is guaranteed in the southern part of the country and in the central regions.
In the rest of Ukraine, the likelihood of precipitation is lower – either no significant precipitation or light rain in some areas.
Winds are expected from the east, moderate.
During the day, it will finally start to warm up, with thermometers rising to 10-13 degrees, and warmer in the eastern part – up to +15 degrees.
In Kyiv today, there will be no significant precipitation. Daytime temperatures are forecasted to be 8-10 degrees.
“Frosts will retreat this week, the days will become warmer, and there will be more sunshine. We will monitor possible rains together daily,” Didenko added.
