It has been noted that the mobile app “Reserve+” “hangs” at various stages of authorization: it either does not open or does not allow entry after selecting a method of identity verification.

It is worth noting that this is the second failure of “Reserve+” in a day. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense acknowledged a “malfunction” of the mobile app and subsequently reported around 12:00 that all technical issues had been resolved.

Recommendations for users

During the technical difficulties, the Ministry of Defense advises citizens to carry paper documents with them to avoid problems during inspections.

Additionally, users should not download questionable versions of the app from third-party sources to avoid exposing their devices to the risk of viruses or data leaks.

Important updates in “Reserve+”

Recall that since December of last year, the military registration document in the “Reserve+” app has been the main one for military personnel, conscripts, and reservists. However, for those who need a paper version, there remains the option to print it themselves or at the TCC.

Furthermore, in February it became known that parents of multiple children would soon be able to apply for a deferment from mobilization through the “Reserve+” app without being tied to their family status. The Ministry of Defense has already begun beta testing this feature.

Recently, the “Reserve+” app also introduced a new feature allowing users to register for military service online – the process takes just a few clicks.

To find out whether the “Reserve+” app is mandatory and whether men are penalized for not having it on their smartphones, read the article from RBC-Ukraine.
