What property did the head of the TCK and SP “forget” to declare?
The head of the regional TCK and SP in the Lviv region “concealed” a private house, land, and vehicles worth nearly 8 million hryvnias.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the press service of the State Bureau of Investigations (GBR).

It is noted that the GBR employees completed a pre-trial investigation against the deputy head of the Lviv regional TCK and SP, who was acting as the head at the time of the exposure.
The investigation established that between 2023 and 2024, the official failed to declare a land plot of 0.025 hectares and a residential house of 139 square meters in the Lviv district. The property was registered in the name of his mother-in-law, although it was actually purchased with his own funds.
Moreover, the declaration did not include the Mercedes-Benz and Nissan vehicles registered in the name of the official’s father and sister, but which were actually used by him and his wife. The total value of the undeclared property amounts to nearly 8 million hryvnias.
At the initiative of the GBR, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption conducted a thorough review of the official’s lifestyle. It was established that his official income does not correspond to the value of the acquired property.
The official faces up to 2 years of restriction of freedom with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.
Corruption in the TCK
Recall that earlier, the SBU, together with the National Police, conducted sanctioned searches at the leadership and employees of the Transcarpathian regional territorial center for staffing and social support.
Recently, the High Anti-Corruption Court also deemed the assets of the former head of the Zaporizhzhia regional TCK, valued at over 3.8 million hryvnias, to be unjustified.
