The wind will be northeast at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in Crimea and the Azov region during the day.
The daytime temperature will be 8-13° Celsius, in the Carpathians – from -3° to +2° Celsius.

The wind will be northeast at 7-12 m/s.

Temporary cooling
Recall that earlier meteorologists warned of a cooling trend with rain and wet snow, explaining how the temperature would drop and cautioning that visibility would worsen due to precipitation.
At the same time, this cooling is temporary – starting from March 23, it will begin to warm up noticeably in Ukraine.
