Singer Anya Trincher openly spoke about her unsuccessful relationship that recently ended.

How Trincher Coped with the Breakup
According to the singer, with each new experience, she learns to better protect herself, her emotions, and her inner state.
If previously even short romances could throw her off balance, now she reacts differently.
“You know, I’ve come to the conclusion that with each new experience, you become less sensitive in a good way, because you preserve your inner feeling, your emotions, and you learn to protect yourself as a person,” Trincher said.
The artist admitted that even brief relationships used to leave her emotionally shattered.
However, she says, from such experiences, songs were often born.

“Because before, any fling or relationship would leave me completely broken. And, of course, from all of this, beautiful songs emerged. And perhaps that’s how it should be,” the singer noted.
Trincher shared that this time she was able to quickly move on from the unfulfilled mini-relationship.
The reason was the realization that her personal boundaries were being violated in that relationship.
“But surprisingly, in the last such mini-relationship that didn’t work out, I emotionally moved on very quickly. And I did this because I realized that my boundaries were violated. I don’t want to be someone who does this systematically. And that kind of relationship doesn’t suit me,” she explained.
According to the artist, it was at that moment that she looked at herself in a new light and felt respect for her own decisions.

“And I really respected myself at that moment because I thought, ‘God, I can do this, I can stand up for myself. I searched for so long for someone to protect me. I waited so long for that from my father or my ex-husband. But it turns out I have so much more will and strength to protect myself. And I let go of the circles. But very beautifully,” Trincher confessed.
“I want to tell you that I watched those circles about 10 times. It was spectacular,” she added.
The star does not hide that after such a decision, she felt proud of herself. Especially for that part of herself that in the past could not stand up for her own feelings.
“I was very proud of myself. Proud of that little girl who was hurt in the past, who couldn’t stand up for herself back then. And now she will never be hurt because she always has me, and she is the greatest treasure that exists for me,” the singer shared.

The singer was in a relationship with blogger and entrepreneur Alexander Voloshin for over two years.
At the end of 2022, the couple announced their engagement and then got married.
However, just a year after the wedding, the artist revealed that their relationship was going through a difficult period.
The spouses faced a deep crisis and tried to hold their marriage together. In November 2023, Anna and Alexander publicly announced their breakup.
According to the singer, the problems in their relationship intensified after Voloshin was diagnosed with depression.

This significantly affected his psychological state and his relationship with loved ones.
Trincher tried to be there and support her husband, but he increasingly closed himself off, distanced himself, and hurt her with his behavior.
The decision to part ways, according to the artist, was made by Voloshin himself. As the singer noted, he called her for a conversation during which he expressed his intention to break up.
