The girl made the decision to join the army on her own
Ukrainian singer DZIDZIO, whose real name is Mikhail Khoma, revealed for the first time that his 21-year-old niece Victoria Khoma has joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing an interview with the Viva! star.

According to the artist, the girl made the decision to join the army independently and took this step without pressure or support from influential acquaintances.
As the performer explained, Victoria is the daughter of his sister Olesya.
She voluntarily signed a contract and is currently serving in one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The artist noted that he is very proud of his niece and considers her an example of strength of character, determination, and independence.
He particularly emphasized that Victoria is forging her own path through her own efforts.
“This is her conscious choice. I am very proud of Victoria because she is persistent, talented, and wanted to do something. My niece volunteered, signed a contract, and is now serving in a brigade. It’s very nice when she calls,” the performer shared.

“Victoria did everything herself, without any calls, no one helped her. For me, this is key because a person can only help themselves. And when she fights for her path, I believe in it because it is true. She is our family pride,” he added.
The singer also noted that he maintains constant contact with his niece.

According to him, despite her service, they remain close, and Victoria sometimes turns to him for advice or support.
At the same time, the artist did not disclose any details about the location of her service or specific circumstances.
Such restraint, Mikhail says, is solely related to security concerns.
