Singer Elena Topolya revealed that the investigation into the blackmail case involving her private video is ongoing and has already yielded new results.

The performer also assured that she knows exactly who is behind this story. While she is not naming names for now, she promises that this information will eventually become public.
According to Topolya, the case is not stagnant and is gradually moving forward.
“There have been changes, many steps forward. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, but we already have a lot of interesting developments,” the singer said.
The celebrity added that she wants to regularly update her audience on the progress of the case.

“Do I look like a person who would do such a PR campaign? I have been on stage for 17 years, my essence is fundamentally different from such behavior. The person who did all this is rotten from the inside. And everything that was in his intentions and what he did, I consider absolutely unacceptable. There will be justice. And I promise you that,” she noted.

In early 2026, the singer reported that she had become a victim of blackmail. According to her, unknown individuals demanded $75,000 to prevent her personal video from entering the public domain.
After the artist refused to pay, the recording appeared online.
At that time, Topolya stated that she did not intend to remain silent and allow someone to destroy her reputation, so she turned to law enforcement.
Subsequently, law enforcement detained a 23-year-old resident of Kyiv, who was charged in connection with the extortion case.
For this charge, he could face up to 12 years in prison.
At the same time, the singer has repeatedly emphasized that she believes this story was premeditated, and in her opinion, the perpetrator did not act alone.
