Where is the cheapest dollar today – at PUMB, PrivatBank, or Oschadbank?
On Wednesday, March 25, the currency market showed a divergence: while exchange offices began to lower the prices of the dollar and euro, banks, on the contrary, raised their rates.

Main points:
- Exchange offices are decreasing: The dollar fell to 44.05 UAH (-13 kopecks), the euro – to 51.23 UAH (-17 kopecks).
- Banks are increasing: The average dollar rate rose to 44.24 UAH, the euro – to 51.37 UAH (+27 kopecks).
- PrivatBank and Monobank: “Privat” sells the dollar for 44.15 UAH (cash) and 44.24 UAH (card). In Monobank, the rate is 44.23 UAH.
- Oschadbank and PUMB: In “Oschad,” the dollar in the app is 44.20 UAH, by card – 44.30 UAH. The most favorable non-cash rate in PUMB is 44.10 UAH.
Dollar exchange rate in exchange offices
As of the morning of March 25, the Minfin portal reports the average dollar exchange rate in exchange offices at 44.05 UAH for purchase. This is 13 kopecks lower than yesterday morning. The selling rate is 43.92 UAH (-8 kopecks).
The euro in exchange offices today can be purchased for 51.23 UAH (-17 kopecks), and sold for 51 UAH (-10 kopecks).

Dollar exchange rate in banks
The average dollar exchange rate in banks is 44.24 UAH (+13 kopecks) for purchase and 43.75 UAH (+15 kopecks) for selling currency.
Banks today sell the euro at an average rate of 51.37 UAH (+27 kopecks), and the selling rate is 50.70 UAH (+40 kopecks).
PUMB today sells the dollar at cash desks for 44.30 UAH, and for non-cash transactions – 44.10 UAH. The euro in “PUMB” today can be purchased for 51.40 UAH.
Monobank maintains the dollar at 44.23 UAH for purchase, and the euro at 51.27 UAH.
PrivatBank sells the dollar at cash desks for 44.15 UAH, and for card transactions – for 44.24 UAH. The euro in “Privat” today can be bought at branches for 51.25 UAH, and by card – for 51.28 UAH.
Oschadbank sells the American currency in the mobile “Oschad” for 44.20 UAH, and for cards – for 44.30 UAH. The euro in Oschadbank today can be purchased for 51.35 UAH in the app and 51.50 UAH by card.
