PrivatBank and Oschadbank Equalized the Cash Dollar Selling Rate
On the morning of April 8, a further decline in the value of foreign currency was recorded in the financial market of Ukraine. In banking institutions, the average exchange rate of the dollar and euro fell by 5-10 kopecks compared to the previous day.

Main points:
- Banking rate: the average purchase rate of the dollar dropped to 43.80 UAH (-5 kopecks), while the euro became cheaper at 50.65 UAH (-9 kopecks).
- Exchange offices: the cash dollar remains at 43.60 UAH when buying, and slightly decreased to 43.45 UAH (-4 kopecks) when selling.
- PrivatBank and Oschadbank: both market leaders set the same selling rate for the dollar – 43.75 UAH (Oschadbank – in the mobile app, PrivatBank – at the counters).
- Rate in monobank: the mobile bank buys dollars at 43.85 UAH and euros at 51.20 UAH.
- Trend: there is a gradual decrease in the value of both currencies in banks and exchange points.
Exchange Rate in Exchange Offices
According to the Minfin portal, as of the morning of April 8, the average dollar rate in exchange offices stands at 43.60 UAH (unchanged) when buying and 43.45 UAH (-4 kopecks) when selling currency.
Euros in exchange offices today can be purchased at an average rate of 50.65 UAH (unchanged), and sold at 50.40 UAH (-5 kopecks).

Exchange Rate in Banks
The average dollar purchase rate in banks this morning is 43.80 UAH (-5 kopecks), while the selling rate is 43.35 UAH (-5 kopecks).
Euros in banks are sold at 50.65 UAH (-9 kopecks), and accepted at 50 UAH (-10 kopecks).
PrivatBank today sells dollars at counters for 43.75 UAH, and cashless transactions at 43.85 UAH. Euros in “Privat” can be purchased for 51.20 UAH at the counter and 51.28 UAH for cashless transactions.
Oschadbank sells dollars in the mobile app for 43.75 UAH, while for card transactions the rate is 43.90 UAH. Euros in “Oschad” can be bought for 50.70 and 50.85 UAH respectively.
“PUMB” today sells dollars in branches for 43.90 UAH, and cashless for 43.70 UAH. Euros in “PUMB” branches can be purchased for 50.80 UAH.
The dollar rate in monobank for purchases is 43.85 UAH, and euros are 51.20 UAH.
