- parcel parameters – specify the weight, dimensions, and estimated value of the contents;
- choosing a delivery method – select where exactly the cargo is headed (branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery);

The service allows clients to plan their expenses in advance and avoid surprises when paying for services directly at the branch.
Earlier, RBK-Ukraine reported that “Nova Poshta” clients can change the delivery location of a parcel after it has been sent. This can be done online through the app in just a few clicks. The service is free if the parcel is still in transit, but after its arrival, one will have to pay as for a new shipment.
We also wrote that “Nova Poshta” has made it possible to use parcel lockers in shopping malls as storage lockers. Clients can leave their belongings in a locker while shopping through the app or at the branch. The service will cost from 30 hryvnias.
