Cashback will be received by more than 4.1 million users of the app
Starting March 27, millions of Ukrainians will receive money on their “National Cashback” cards. This payment is for purchases made in January.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Ministry of Economy.

The payments will affect those who accumulated more than 2 hryvnias and previously selected a card for payments in Diia. Payments for February will also begin soon.
Since the launch of the program, Ukrainians have purchased goods under the “National Cashback” worth over 67.38 billion hryvnias.
New rules: two levels of cashback
As of March 1, the program operates under an updated model with two rates.
15% – on Ukrainian goods in categories with a high share of imports:
- cosmetics, hygiene products, household chemicals
- home, repair, and construction goods
- clothing, footwear, stationery, pet supplies
- hard and soft cheeses, certain pasta and cereals
5% – where Ukrainian producers have strong positions:
- sweets, beverages, snacks, oil, meat
- dairy products (excluding cheeses), vegetables, fruits
- fish, canned goods, frozen products
- pharmaceuticals, sauces, spices, seasonings
You can check what percentage is credited for a specific product on the “Made in Ukraine” portal or through the barcode scanner in Diia.
What cashback can be spent on
The received funds can be directed to:
- payment of utility and postal services
- purchase of food, medicines, and medical products of Ukrainian production
- acquisition of books and printed materials
- donations to charity, particularly to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine
How to join the program
To participate, you need to take three steps:
- Open a card for payments at a partner bank.
- Provide the bank with permission to transfer transaction data from the card for purchases.
- In Diia, in the “Services” section, select the card for payments “National Cashback”.
Important: cashback is credited only for cashless payments for participating products.
Cashback now also on fuel
As of March 20, a new direction has been added to the program – compensation for fuel at participating gas stations:
- 15% – diesel
- 10% – gasoline
- 5% – autogas
More than 150 gas station networks have already joined the program – from large to local.
However, there are limitations – such “bonuses” are available only until May 1.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reassured Ukrainians that there will definitely be no shortage at gas stations. The rush is gradually subsiding.
