Video of the incident circulated online
Today, March 25, an accident involving a TCC minibus and a pedestrian occurred in one of the districts of Odessa. As a result of the incident, a service check has been initiated.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Odessa Regional TCC and SP on Facebook.

Today, local Telegram channels spread a video and reported that the TCC minibus hit an elderly woman. The Odessa Regional TCC and SP responded to the information and released an official position regarding the incident.
The military enlistment office stated that on March 25, a traffic accident occurred on Ivan and Yuri Lip Street in the Khadzhybei district of Odessa involving a TCC and SP vehicle and a pedestrian.
Representatives of the National Police and emergency medical services were promptly called to the scene.
The TCC clarified that the injured woman was hospitalized for necessary medical assistance. The circumstances of the incident and the degree of responsibility of the road users are currently being established.
“In connection with this fact, the leadership of the Odessa Regional TCC and SP has initiated a service check. Full cooperation with law enforcement agencies is being ensured to establish the objective truth regarding the incident,” the TCC noted.
Scandals involving TCC in Odessa
Earlier, photos of a bloodied man with a bandaged head circulated on Odessa’s Telegram channels.
The publications claimed that he was injured during a conflict with TCC representatives. In response, the Odessa Regional TCC and SP issued an official statement.
Prior to this, a video from the Peresyp district of Odessa also surfaced, showing the use of force against a civilian: a man was grabbed by his hood, and when he fell to the ground, he was beaten with hands and feet.
The TCC stated that the released video shows signs of selective editing and does not reflect the complete chronology of events.
