What services will be postponed due to technical work?
In the “Dія” app and portal, some services will be temporarily suspended due to scheduled technical work in state registries.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the official “Dія” page on Facebook.

What services will be unavailable
As noted on the portal, due to regulatory work in the “Oberih” registry, the range of services related to reserving and military accounting will not be operational until 9:00 AM on March 21:
- display of military accounting documents;
- reservation of personnel and verification of their information;
- extension or cancellation of existing reservations.
Additionally, from 5:00 PM on March 21 to 8:00 PM on March 23, it will be impossible to re-register a vehicle. This is related to the update of the Unified State Register of Vehicles.
All other services in “Dія” continue to operate normally without interruptions.
Users are advised to plan for the receipt of the specified services in advance.
What is known about the digitization of the army
It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense has already warned that the “Reserve+” app will also temporarily suspend operations for technical updates. This is related to the integration of new services and the stabilization of interactions with the “Oberih” registry.
Furthermore, the Cabinet of Ministers recently changed the rules for the “Army+” app. The innovations concern the list of documents that military personnel can submit in electronic format, which should significantly simplify bureaucratic procedures within the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is also worth noting that the digitization of military accounting is gradually replacing old formats. In particular, the electronic military ID in “Reserve+” has the same legal force as the paper version and has become mandatory for presentation during document checks.
