The Prime Minister of Ukraine revealed details
In Ukraine this year, new contracts for servicemen of the Armed Forces are planned to be introduced. They will provide for changes in salary depending on the position and tasks performed.
As reported by RBC-Ukraine, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced this during the hour of questions to the government.

According to her, the Ministry of Defense is conducting an audit of the military salary system and is working on a new model of contract service.
She added that the government has already discussed the relevant contracts with the Minister of Defense that will be offered.
“Again, I think that in general we will be able to come out and discuss with parliamentarians in a couple of weeks, but these contracts will provide the opportunity to have a differentiated salary depending on the position and the functions performed by each serviceman,” Svyrydenko said.

Recall that it was previously reported that Ukraine is preparing changes to mobilization approaches, which foresee a broader involvement of servicemen on a contract basis and a gradual adjustment of existing procedures. The new rules may be presented in the coming months.
Recently, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine wants to abandon mobilization in favor of a contract army, but currently lacks funding for it.
