Easter preparations brought several generations of the family together at one table
88-year-old People’s Artist of Ukraine Ada Rogovtseva demonstrated how, surrounded by her loved ones, they traditionally gather the day before the holiday to paint and decorate Easter eggs together. Among her relatives were her grandson and son-in-law, who are currently defending Ukraine at the front.

According to the actress, this annual tradition holds special significance for the family, as it allows everyone to come together, see each other, and communicate before Easter.
In her note, the actress emphasized that all family members—both adults and children—participate in the festive preparations.
For them, it is not just about creating Easter eggs, but also about the valuable time spent together.

The family gathering also included activist Yulia Bartle.
“The traditions remain unchanged. Every year, all together—children and adults paint and decorate the eggs. And this is, first of all, an opportunity to see each other and communicate—to be together before Easter,” she wrote.
The photographs convey an atmosphere of warmth and coziness: the actress’s relatives were enthusiastically working on the pysanky, selecting colors and creating patterns.
