Send winter uniforms home or receive treats from relatives for less
The “Plus” military support program in the “Army+” app has been joined by “Ukrposhta.” You can save on packages thanks to special barcodes.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (MOD).

What request from soldiers is the most popular
Ukrainians were informed that JSC “Ukrposhta” has joined the military support program “Plus” in the “Army+” app.
It is noted that delivery is the most popular request from soldiers (according to the program).
“More than 800,000 defenders have shown interest in offers in this category,” the MOD clarified.
What postal discounts are available to soldiers
As part of the offer from “Ukrposhta,” soldiers have access to nine barcodes monthly – three for sending or receiving in each category:
- packages up to 30 kg to frontline areas for 1 or 6 hryvnias with the “Priority” tariff (the cost depends on the method of registration – through the app or with an operator at the post office);
- delivery under the “Priority” tariff across Ukraine – with a 25% discount;
- international shipments – with a 25% discount.
“Thanks to these offers, soldiers and their families will be able to save significantly on package delivery,” the MOD stated.

How to take advantage of the discount
To take advantage of the offer, you need to:
- generate a barcode in the “Army+” app – in the “Plus” service;
- show it at the “Ukrposhta” office.
“And you can also share discounts and offers from program partners with your relatives,” the MOD added.
What else is useful about “Plus” for soldiers
Overall, the “Plus” program brings together businesses to help soldiers and their families access necessary services (discounts) and meet daily needs – from fuel and food to gear, transportation, or delivery.
“Thanks to the program, soldiers have managed to save 1 billion hryvnias,” the MOD shared.
Currently, the “Plus” program has 23 partners in eight categories:
- transport – “Ukrzaliznytsia”;
- fuel stations – UKRNAFTA, WOG, OKKO, Autotrans, Parallel;
- gear – Ukrarmor, “Ballistics,” Utactic, BGN Armo, DEFENCE UKRAINE;
- development – “Our Format,” LifesaverSIM;
- leisure – Multiplex, Lviv Croissants;
- health – “Darnytsia”;
- shopping – ROZETKA, “Computer Universe,” IDEALIST COFFEE & CO, “Toy House,” “Silpo”;
- delivery – “Nova Poshta,” “Ukrposhta.”
“The “Army+” app and the “Plus” service were developed and are supported by the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the MOD concluded.
