What is this test

The new assessment format was launched in collaboration with Mate Academy. Users are invited to take a short online exam on memeology:

  • the test consists of 10 questions about Ukrainian memes;
  • each question has several answer options;
  • after completing the test, a “meme category” is determined – zoomer, millennial, or boomer.

What will users receive

After completing the test, participants will receive a personalized “meme operator” certificate, which can be shared on social media or even printed.

In “Diia,” it is noted that the test is based on real-life situations familiar to most internet users, and at the end, there is a bonus for those interested in a career in IT.

Thus, the new format combines entertaining content with elements of digital education and encourages users to engage with online services.

Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that “Diia” does not plan to introduce electronic summonses. The Ministry of Digital Transformation denied the rumors and stated that such functionality is not being developed and will not be implemented.

We also reported on changes to the “National Cashback” program in Ukraine – starting March 1, payments will be 5% or 15% depending on the category of goods. Increased cashback applies to specific products (clothing, footwear, cosmetics), and users can check the amount of cashback through the scanner in the “Diia” app.
