The president has already visited not only Saudi Arabia. According to him, Middle Eastern countries are well-protected against ballistic missiles. In particular, he mentioned air defense systems that Ukraine does not even possess. However, their main challenge now is protection against Iranian strike drones.

Zelensky noted that Ukraine is currently providing Middle Eastern countries with precise expertise for the protection of civilian infrastructure and peaceful residents.

“In turn, I have a question about the diesel shortage from the Cabinet and Naftogaz. I understand the task for Ukraine’s security. I believe I am addressing this issue,” he added.

The president confirmed that during his visit to the Middle East, he is working on the problem of diesel supplies to Ukraine.

“90% of the potential shortage that may occur is diesel. Therefore, we are resolving this issue,” he explained.
