Salaries up to 150,000: The highest-paying blue-collar jobs in Ukraine have been named.

In February 2026, Ukraine recorded record median salaries

In Ukraine, as of February 2026, salaries in the working sectors have significantly increased. The highest incomes are reported in the categories of auto service, construction, logistics, and manufacturing, where the annual growth in some areas reached 40%.

Main points:

  • The highest median salary in Ukraine is earned by dentists (150,000 hryvnias).
  • In the working sectors, the highest earnings are seen among auto repair and construction specialists (60,000-70,000 hryvnias).
  • Over the year, the largest income growth was demonstrated by electricians (+41%), painters (+42%), and tilers (+39%).
  • The key sectors with the highest payments remain auto service, construction, logistics, and manufacturing.

Professions with payments over 60,000 hryvnias

The absolute leader in income levels in February 2026 was the vacancy of dentist – the median salary here is 150,000 hryvnias, which is 20% more than last year.

High figures are observed in the auto service and car wash sectors:

  • body repairman – 70,000 hryvnias (+27%);
  • auto painter – 60,000 hryvnias (+17%);
  • auto electrician – 60,000 hryvnias (+33%).

The construction industry also recorded high dynamics. Currently, facade workers earn a median of 67,500 hryvnias, plasterers – 66,300 hryvnias, and bricklayers – 65,000 hryvnias (+30%). Long-haul truck drivers in logistics are offered around 60,000 hryvnias (+33%).

Where offers range from 40,000 to 50,000 hryvnias

This range predominantly covers construction and technical specialties. In particular, builders, painters, and foremen have a median of 50,000 hryvnias. The largest jump in this category was demonstrated by the vacancy of tiler – up to 47,000 hryvnias (+39%).

This segment also includes:

  • mechanic – 45,000 hryvnias;
  • installer – 45,000 hryvnias;
  • driver – 42,500 hryvnias;
  • welder – 41-42,000 hryvnias.

Salaries from 35,000 to 40,000 hryvnias

In the categories of production and working specialties, median payments are distributed as follows:

  • electrician – 38,800 hryvnias (+41%);
  • sales manager – 38,000 hryvnias (+38%);
  • helper and painter – 37,500 hryvnias;
  • turner – 35,000 hryvnias.

Overall, the market demonstrates a stable growth in demand for qualified personnel in the real sector of the economy, which is directly reflected in employers’ offers.

Previously, RBC-Ukraine reported on the crisis in the restaurant and hotel sector (HoReCa) due to winter blackouts. Thus, working conditions worsened, physical and psychological stress increased, and businesses faced a severe labor shortage. Despite this, most establishments continue to operate, investing in autonomy.
