A child fell to the ground due to the screams and pushing from the teacher
A scandal has erupted in Lviv surrounding kindergarten No. 127. The teacher of the institution was fired after a video surfaced showing cruel treatment of the children during a walk.

Details of the incident on video
The video evidence was recorded by a resident of a neighboring building from her balcony. The footage shows how the kindergarten worker aggressively yells at the children, trying to line them up in pairs and make them “stay in line.”
During the walk, the woman resorted to physical force:
- she began pulling one of the boys by his clothing;
- she grabbed a child by the hood, shouting: “Can you walk? I’m asking you!”;
- she forcefully pulled the child forward, causing a girl who was walking with him to fall to the ground.
The teacher accompanied her actions with constant shouting, demanding unquestioning obedience from the little ones and synchronized movement around the yard.
Reaction from city authorities and police
The published footage was quickly addressed by the relevant department of the city council. The director of the Department of Education and Culture of the Lviv City Council, Andriy Zakaliuk, described the video segment as “horrific” and confirmed that the event indeed took place at the specified kindergarten.

According to the official, the teacher was immediately dismissed from her position. The administration of the institution is also completing the necessary documentation. All materials related to the incident are being forwarded to the police for a legal assessment of the actions of the former employee.
“Such workers cannot work with children,” Zakaliuk wrote.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Ukraine has tightened employment regulations in education. From now on, all candidates for teaching and caregiving positions must confirm the absence of criminal records and offenses related to violence or bullying. The aim of the changes is to prevent individuals who may pose a threat from working with children.
