“We know how to operate in the rear”: the Israeli ambassador did not rule out a ground operation in Iran.

Israelis know how to operate behind enemy lines

In the event of a ground operation by U.S. forces against Iran, Israel’s involvement cannot be ruled out, as Israeli forces are adept at operating behind enemy lines.

This was stated by Israel’s Ambassador to Ukraine, Michael Brodsky, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

In response to a question about the likelihood of a ground operation, the diplomat noted: “I wouldn’t rule anything out.”

When asked about the possible involvement of Israel, Brodsky emphasized that the country cannot claim significant participation due to its size, but theoretically such a scenario is possible.

“It depends on what you call participation. I wouldn’t rule anything out, no possibilities. Israel is a small country, we certainly cannot claim serious involvement, but theoretically… Israelis know how to operate behind enemy lines. So theoretically, I wouldn’t exclude that,” he noted.

In the same interview, Michael Brodsky stated that Israel is prepared to act independently in the war against Iran if U.S. President Donald Trump decides to strike a deal with Tehran.

According to him, Israel will complete its operation after achieving its set goals.

The diplomat noted that Israel’s goals generally align with those of the U.S., although they may be more specific.

He also identified two key objectives of the war – the destruction of Iran’s nuclear program and its missile capabilities for decades.
