Spring weather envelops Ukraine, but it’s cooler in the east
Today, March 24, warm spring weather will prevail in Ukraine thanks to an anticyclone. However, light rains are possible in some regions, and a drop in temperature is expected soon.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing meteorologist Natalia Didenko.

Weather in Ukraine
According to Didenko, today the air temperature in most regions will range from +12 to +16 degrees. It will be cooler in the southeast and east of the country, where daytime temperatures will be +6 to +11 degrees.
“The anticyclone will influence the weather in most regions of Ukraine, so precipitation is unlikely. Only in Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk regions, and Crimea will there be light rains,” the meteorologist specified.

Today, dry and sunny weather is expected, with temperatures reaching +12 to +14 degrees.
What’s next
According to Didenko’s forecast, warm weather will continue to prevail in Ukraine. The next cold snap is expected at the end of March – beginning of April.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center also published a brief climatic description of March and shared a general preliminary forecast for the first month of spring.
Experts note that the arrival of true warmth does not always coincide with calendar dates.
Meteorologists distinguish three types of spring: calendar, meteorological, and astronomical, each of which has its own climatic criteria and timing.
