The device receives data from radar stations in automatic mode and autonomously targets the enemy.

The drone can destroy strike drones such as Shahed, “Geran,” and “Gerbera,” as well as intercept reconnaissance devices, including Zala and Supercam.

Its speed exceeds 350 km/h, and its flight altitude reaches up to 6 km. The drone carries a warhead weighing about 500 grams.

JEDI has vertical takeoff capabilities, weighs about 4 kg, and is equipped with daytime and thermal imaging cameras, allowing it to operate around the clock.

One unit can cover an airspace area with a radius of up to 40 km.

“We remind you that air defense is a priority of Ukraine’s War Plan. The goal is to identify 100% of aerial threats in real time and intercept at least 95% of missiles and drones,” the Ministry of Defense noted.

We remind you that in January, another interceptor drone – Octopus, developed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was presented in Kyiv.

The device is equipped with an artificial intelligence-based control system and is designed to counter drones like Shahed.

The Ministry of Defense noted that the effectiveness of this drone has already been confirmed in combat.
