What Prikhodko said about Ukrainian show business
The singer confessed that she found it hard to understand the position of some artists who previously worked in Russia, sang in Russian, and then drastically changed their approach to creativity after 2022. In particular, she commented on Dmytro Monatik’s transformation.
“I didn’t understand his politics when he used to go to Moscow, and now he has suddenly translated all his songs into Ukrainian, which I personally don’t do. Dima, what is this fear?” – said Anastasia.
“This is the fear of a public person being left behind. With such a wonderful musical background as Dima has, he fears that he won’t write better in Ukrainian,” – she added.

In the star’s opinion, artists are starting to go crazy from attempts to “outdo” each other.
“Everyone is now trying to sing in Ukrainian and outdo each other, and it seems to me that they are starting to lose their minds a bit. I observe all of this. Someone is doing something, someone else is doing something. I think: ‘God, where are you all going, comrades?'” – she said.
She noted that she does not understand what the struggle in show business is about.
“I come from a different story,” – she explained.

Who she respects the most among artists
The singer highlighted the frontman of the band “Boombox,” whose songs she continues to actively listen to.
“Of all the artists I respect the most right now – it’s Khlyvnyuk. I just adore him. I also love the old compositions,” – she said.
Additionally, Anastasia recalled Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, whose work has shaken her faith.
“But the songs! His political history has influenced this; there is a lack of courage in politics. As a musician, he is magnificent, so I continue to listen to Vakarchuk,” – she shared.
