The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained that according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine&#8217;s resolution dated March 18, 2026, No. 341, <strong>this payment is not included in the total family income<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This means that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it will not affect the right to receive social assistance;<\/li>\n<li>it will not reduce the amount of payments;<\/li>\n<li>it will not be considered in income calculations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is also stated that <strong>these funds do not count towards the total monthly or annual taxable income<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Who and how will receive the funds<\/p>\n<p>The program is designed to support citizens who are affected by the rise in global fuel prices, which impacts the cost of food and services. The one-time assistance of 1500 hryvnias will be provided to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pensioners and people with disabilities;<\/li>\n<li>low-income and large families;<\/li>\n<li>recipients of basic social assistance and single mothers;<\/li>\n<li>IDPs among social benefit recipients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RBC-Ukraine previously reported that the funds will be credited during April to bank accounts or through &#8220;Ukrposhta&#8221;. No additional applications or requests are required.
