The highest prices for one-bedroom apartments are recorded in the Sykhiv and Lychakiv districts, at $76,400 and $75,000, respectively.<\/p>\n At the same time, the Galician district leads in the market for three-bedroom houses, with a median price of $152,000.<\/p>\n Analysis by construction period shows that the most expensive segment remains new buildings (constructed after 2010), where the price for a two-bedroom apartment reaches $115,000.<\/p>\n High prices are also maintained by “Austrian luxury apartments” – around $105,000. The cheapest options remain “Khrushchyovkas” (at $70,000 for a two-bedroom apartment) and houses of Soviet standard projects (at $75,000).<\/p>\n Housing affordability<\/p>\n According to LUN data, to purchase a one-bedroom apartment in the secondary market, one would need to save their entire salary for an average of 8.7 years, for a two-bedroom apartment – 12.2 years, and for a three-bedroom apartment – 15.7 years.<\/p>\n A survey showed that 40% of potential buyers expect real estate prices in Lviv to rise, 42% expect them to remain unchanged, and 18% expect them to fall.<\/p>\n Also read about how last year the number of buying and selling transactions in the secondary market increased by 15%.
