Ukrainians were informed that the Cabinet of Ministers supported a resolution for the distribution of funds from the account for providing humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population under martial law in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
This concerns the provision of a one-time payment of 6,500 hryvnias for children with disabilities of subgroup A – in nine frontline regions<\/strong> of Ukraine:<\/p>\n It is specified that earlier the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity Denis Uliutin signed a corresponding Memorandum with the head of the UNICEF representation in Ukraine, Anne-Claire Dufay Demoulin.<\/p>\n “It is expected that about 9,000 children will receive assistance<\/strong> in the specified regions,” the ministry emphasized.<\/p>\n How the lists of recipients are formed<\/p>\n According to the Ministry of Social Policy, the lists of recipients are formed based on data from the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “The Pension Fund of Ukraine, after verifying the data in the lists, informs recipients about their right to receive such assistance,” the citizens were explained.<\/p>\n It is specified that the notification is sent to “Diia” <\/strong>(if the mobile application is installed).<\/p>\n If it is not possible to notify recipients through “Diia”, the Pension Fund informs citizens:<\/p>\n “About the possibility and deadlines for contacting service centers,” the ministry clarified.<\/p>\n An important nuance is emphasized: “The payment is provided only to those who did not receive a one-time benefit during the heating season of 2025\/2026<\/strong> under the “Winter Support” program.<\/p>\n Who and how will receive “child” assistance<\/p>\n The Ministry of Social Policy reported that the one-time benefit of 6,500 hryvnias is paid to one of the legal representatives of the child<\/strong> – who receives state social assistance for a child with disabilities of subgroup A.<\/p>\n Therefore, it is important to understand that these funds:<\/p>\n “The family can use them for any needs of the child<\/strong>,” the ministry summarized.<\/p>\n Recall that we previously reported how the mechanism for processing and receiving “child” payments has been improved in Ukraine.<\/p>\n In addition, we explained where to open a special account to receive “child” payments under the “eYasla” program and for childcare up to 1 year.<\/p>\n Also read how to quickly register online at the Pension Fund service center.<\/p>\n Source: rbc.ua +rel=\u201dnofollow\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" One-time assistance will be provided to thousands of children, but there are limitations.
