Who else will join – we will see,” Budanov is quoted by Bloomberg.<\/p>\n It is noted that although Witkoff and Kushner have visited Russia multiple times for negotiations with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin, this will be their first visit to Ukraine.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, U.S. officials have not yet confirmed the visit of their representatives to Kyiv. An unnamed American official stated that this issue is under discussion, but there is no final answer regarding the officials’ visit.<\/p>\n It is known that Ukraine is seeking clear explanations regarding the nature of the security guarantees that the U.S. is willing to provide to prevent new Russian aggression as part of any peace agreement with Moscow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The publication reminds that President Volodymyr Zelensky had previously invited American negotiators to Kyiv but did not specify possible timelines. He also stated that a visit to Ukraine could precede the next trip of the American delegation to Moscow.<\/p>\n As is known, trilateral negotiations to end the war in Ukraine have been paused since the onset of the conflict in the Middle East.
