Senator Lindsey Graham and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte also joined the discussions.<\/p>\n According to the president, the conversation was positive and focused on strengthening diplomacy, possible steps towards achieving peace, and involving European countries in the security process.<\/p>\n Zelensky noted that documents on security guarantees must be as relevant as possible<\/strong> in the context of modern global challenges.<\/p>\n “Ukraine must receive reliable security, and this is the main task. The key is how and what we all talk about together with Russia. Moscow demands that Ukrainian forces leave the territory of Donbas within two months.<\/p>\n The president also criticized Donald Trump’s peace initiatives. According to Zelensky, Trump’s team is ready to pressure Ukraine, demanding territorial concessions for a quick end to the war, which is a key flaw in their plan.<\/p>\n Furthermore, it was previously reported that the U.S. is willing to provide Ukraine with real security guarantees only after the cessation of hostilities.
