Earlier, the Ministry of Defense acknowledged a “malfunction” of the mobile app and subsequently reported around 12:00 that all technical issues had been resolved.<\/p>\n Recommendations for users<\/p>\n During the technical difficulties, the Ministry of Defense advises citizens to carry paper documents with them to avoid problems during inspections.<\/p>\n Additionally, users should not download questionable versions of the app from third-party sources to avoid exposing their devices to the risk of viruses or data leaks.<\/p>\n Important updates in “Reserve+”<\/p>\n Recall that since December of last year, the military registration document in the “Reserve+” app has been the main one for military personnel, conscripts, and reservists. However, for those who need a paper version, there remains the option to print it themselves or at the TCC.<\/p>\n Furthermore, in February it became known that parents of multiple children would soon be able to apply for a deferment from mobilization through the “Reserve+” app without being tied to their family status.
