However, a real anomaly has been recorded in banks &#8211; the situation is the opposite there.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>RBK-Ukraine reports on the currency rates as of April 1 and where it is most profitable to buy dollars and euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read also:<\/strong> Pressure and uncertainty: what maximum the dollar rate can reach in April &#8211; banker\u2019s forecast<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main points<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The dollar is falling in exchange offices<\/strong>: The American currency continues to depreciate, losing another 7-8 kopecks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The euro shows &#8220;swings&#8221;<\/strong>: In exchange offices, the euro has risen by 5 kopecks, while banks, on the contrary, have lowered the selling price by 14 kopecks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banking anomaly<\/strong>: Unlike exchange offices, banks have symbolically raised the dollar selling rate by 1 kopeck, leaving the buying rate unchanged.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online advantage<\/strong>: Most major banks (PrivatBank, Oschad, PUMB) offer a more favorable rate in their apps than at physical counters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currency rates in exchange offices<\/p>\n<p>Early April brought Ukrainians an ambiguous situation in the currency market.<\/p>\n<p>According to data from the Minfin portal, as in the previous morning, the US dollar in private exchange offices confidently maintains a downward trend: it can be bought for 43.82 UAH (-8 kopecks) and sold for 43.70 UAH (-7 kopecks).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"1350\" src=\"\/static\/ckef2\/img\/1-kvitnya-2026-seredu-exchange-rate-exchanger-infographics.png\" width=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Photo: currency rates as of April 1 (infographics by RBK-Ukraine)<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the euro in exchange points is trying to recover from yesterday&#8217;s decline, rising to 50.80 UAH (+5 kopecks) for sale and 50.55 UAH (+5 kopecks) for purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Rates in banks<\/p>\n<p>The situation in the banking sector is somewhat different. Banks have decided to minimally raise the dollar selling rate to 44.10 UAH (+1 kopeck), while the currency buying rate remains at yesterday&#8217;s level &#8211; 43.60 UAH.<\/p>\n<p>An interesting picture is observed with the European currency: despite the rise in exchange offices, banks are massively lowering their prices. The average selling rate of the euro has fallen to 50.76 UAH (-14 kopecks), and it can be sold for 50.10 UAH (-10 kopecks).<\/p>\n<p>For those planning currency transactions, the most attractive conditions are offered by mobile applications.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PrivatBank<\/strong> sells the dollar in branches for 44.10 UAH, for card transactions &#8211; for 44.05 UAH. The euro can be purchased for 50.80 UAH at counters and 51.02 UAH cashless.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oschadbank<\/strong> has updated its rates and sells the dollar for cards at 44.25 UAH, in &#8220;Mobile Oschad&#8221; &#8211; 44.05 UAH. The euro is priced at 51.10 UAH and 50.90 UAH respectively.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PUMB<\/strong> sells the dollar in branches for 44.20 UAH, online &#8211; for 44.00 UAH.
