“He spread a lot of incorrect information about me at the beginning because he thought he was the rights holder of the songs, that he could do whatever he wanted. That’s not the point,” he said.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the producer once again emphasized that he is indifferent to the fate of his former prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n
“Did I forgive Kozlovsky? I have forgotten about him. Is this an apology or not? Well, I don’t care whether Kozlovsky exists or not. Life is too short to waste on ungrateful people,” he added.<\/p>\n
What Kozlovsky said about Kondratiuk’s children<\/p>\n
At one point, he stated that if his sons were serving, he might better understand him. During that period, part of the singer’s military salary was deducted to pay off the debt to the producer.<\/p>\n
Later, in a conversation with Padalko, he apologized for those words, having learned that Kondratiuk’s eldest son, Sergey, joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a volunteer.<\/p>\n
“I didn’t know that. I know what a parent’s heart feels and how you worry about your child. Therefore, I wish your son, Igor, to return alive, whole, healthy, and happy. I hope he lives a long and happy life. And I generally want all children, all sons, all daughters of our country to return,” he said at that time.<\/p>\n

Details of the conflict<\/p>\n
Kozlovsky terminated his collaboration with the producer in 2012. According to the terms of the contract, all rights to his songs remained with Kondratiuk.<\/p>\n
However, the artist continued to perform some hits, which led to legal disputes over copyright infringement.<\/p>\n
Vitaliy lost the lawsuits and for a long time could not fully settle the debt. In 2023, the producer stated that the amount was around 1.5 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n
Part of this amount was automatically deducted from Kozlovsky’s salary during his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
The story finally concluded on May 6, 2025. At that time, Kondratiuk announced that all debts had been settled, and the rights to the songs had returned to the singer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
