Judges of the Anti-Corruption Court Request the Transfer of a Building in Solomianskyi District <\/p>\n
The judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court are asking President Volodymyr Zelensky to intervene in the situation regarding the allocation of appropriate premises for the institution.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the press service of the HACC.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The addition of 22 new colleagues in the HACC and the Appellate Chamber requires the creation of working conditions<\/strong> for their activities.<\/p>\n Meeting EU Requirements<\/p>\n Ensuring the material and technical base of the court is part of Ukraine’s Euro-integration commitments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n According to the Roadmap on the Rule of Law, the transfer of premises was supposed to be completed before the third quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n The judges have already identified a suitable building in Kyiv at the address: Vasyl Lypkyvskyi St., 35.<\/p>\n It meets the functional needs of the court. Currently, the decision depends solely on the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n What is Known About the New Head of HACC<\/p>\n Recall that on March 25, the High Anti-Corruption Court elected a new leader.
