He is very much like President Trump. He is very straightforward, very tough\u2014not in terms of physique, but in who he is, how he acts, and how he speaks,” Kellogg stated.<\/p>\n The diplomat also mentioned that he has personally been to Ukraine, visited the front lines, and understands the situation from the inside.<\/p>\n Kellogg clearly labeled Putin as the aggressor. According to him, the U.S. must increase pressure on Russia to bring the war to an end.<\/p>\n He also emphasized that the war in Ukraine is not a business agreement or a commercial arrangement.<\/p>\n “What they have accomplished over the past four years is impressive,” Kellogg said about the Ukrainians.<\/p>\n He expressed his respect for Ukraine and how the country is resisting.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Recall that Kellogg previously criticized the U.S. for its position on Ukraine at the UN. During a vote in the UN General Assembly on a resolution supporting a lasting peace in Ukraine, the U.S. abstained. This sparked Kellogg’s outrage.<\/p>\n To end the war in Ukraine, he stated that two key issues must be resolved.
