According to the rules, passengers are provided with a complete set:<\/p>\n At the same time, the company emphasizes an important nuance: using a mattress or pillow without bedding is prohibited<\/strong>. This is explained by hygiene requirements.<\/p>\n Why conductors collect bedding in advance<\/p>\n A separate topic that often sparks discussions among passengers is the collection of bedding before the train arrives<\/strong>. “Ukrzaliznytsia” explains that this is not an initiative of the conductors but a mandatory norm.<\/p>\n According to the rules, approximately 30 minutes before the final station, the conductor must organize the collection of bedding<\/strong>. This is necessary to prepare the carriage for the next trip.<\/p>\n Passengers are expected to fold the used bedding.<\/p>\n The conductor also has the right to remind passengers in advance to avoid delays and organizational problems.<\/p>\n What obligations do passengers have<\/p>\n Transportation rules stipulate that passengers must comply with the conductor’s requirements and not hinder their work.<\/p>\n At the same time, there is a reciprocal obligation – the conductor must assist with bedding for those in need<\/strong>.
