Its members include: Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President Serhiy Kyslytsia, and leader of the Servant of the People faction Davyd Arakhamia.<\/p>\n Today, March 20, the head of the Ukrainian state clarified that the negotiations will take place without the participation of Russians.<\/p>\n Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian side plans to discuss three key topics.
