The first monograph on the humanitarian dimension of Ukraine’s security was presented in the capital <\/p>\n
A new discussion platform, “Ukrainian Security Dialogues,” has begun operating in Kyiv. The project aims to unite the efforts of specialists, lawmakers, and educators to counter cognitive warfare and enemy propaganda.<\/p>\n

Special attention was given to protecting adolescents<\/strong>, as Russia increasingly attempts to influence Ukrainian youth through manipulation and recruitment efforts for its own operations.<\/p>\n According to Andriy Cherniak, rector of the National Academy of the SBU, the event is intended to be a platform for uniting efforts in the cultural, linguistic, and historical spheres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “It is about the cognitive resilience of each citizen and society as a whole, understanding and mentality, and readiness to counter the enemy,” Cherniak emphasized, adding that the project is an example of effective partnership between the state and the private sector.<\/p>\n New security studies<\/p>\n In addition to the discussion portion, the event featured the presentation of the first publication in the series “Ukrainian Security Studies”<\/strong>. This was a monograph titled “The Humanitarian Dimension of Security”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n RBC-Ukraine previously reported that Russia is spreading fakes about the causes of pollution in the Dniester River, trying to shift the blame onto Ukraine.
